Our esteemed client in the General Trading industry is seeking a Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team:

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: Accounts Assistant/ Accounting Clerk
  • Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5.30PM
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
  • Ensure timely supplier payments.
  • Perform data entry and inventory-related accounting entries.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing.
  • Handle daily transactions and bank submissions.
  • Support other ad hoc accounting tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Able to start immediately or in short notice.
