Admin Officer (Project)


Job Description

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project files and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
  • Draft and respond to emails, memos, and official letters.
  • Prepare progress reports, checklists, and compliance documents.
  • Update project management software or spreadsheets.
  • Input data related to budgets, timelines, and manpower.
  • Generate reports for management review.
  • Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Help resolve minor issues before they escalate.
  • Plan schedule for workers.


Job Requirements:


‘N’ level with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Project admin work.
