SALES & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
Support sales team to facilitate customer orders and ensure accurate, timely fulfilment.
Coordinate with production to align requirements with customer demand.
Oversee logistics and delivery planning to ensure prompt and reliable service.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and operational issues with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate records across orders, inventory, production, and logistics.
Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales, operations, and service delivery.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, operations, or supply chain management.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in inventory management and procurement is an advantage.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
Capable of working independently while contributing as an active team player.
Flexible, hands-on, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
