Patient Relationship Officer
???? Working Hours: 44 hours work arrangement (roster)
Job Scope:
Be the first point of contact – attend to patient enquiries via walk-in or phone calls promptly and professionally.
Register patients for appointments or walk-in consultations.
Support patients after treatment – dispense prescribed medications, issue medical certificates, and schedule follow-up appointments.
Process payments accurately (cash, NETS, cheques, credit cards) and ensure proper billing records.
Handle clinic administration – update patient records, print receipts/tax invoices, and file treatment cards.
Maintain clinic operations – keep the clinic clean, assist with inventory checks, receive supplies, and pack medications.
Work closely with dental professionals and supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Nitec qualification and above, any field.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
No prior experience needed – suitable for entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
Dental Assistant
???? Working Hours:
5.5-day work week, 44 hrs/week
Rotating shifts: 9am–6pm / 2pm–9pm
Full training provided – no prior dental experience required!
???? Job Scope:
Assist dental surgeons during treatments & procedures.
Welcome patients, answer enquiries & ensure a positive experience.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize & maintain dental instruments.
Dispense prescribed medications & handle payments.
Schedule appointments & manage patient flow.
Support in ad-hoc clinic operations.
Requirements
Minimum N / O / A Levels or Diploma in any field.
Comfortable working with blood & saliva.
Able to commit to rotating shifts & wear PPE.
Positive attitude & willingness to learn – training will be provided.
