The Opportunity:

1. Permanent Role| East

2. 5 days work week (M-T 8:30am to 6pm, F 8:30am to 5:30pm)

3. Up to $3000 (depending on experience)

Our client is a global leader in third-party logistics, the company delivers innovative supply chain solutions that seamlessly connect people, products, and providers across the world. They are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join their team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and other stakeholders, managing customer orders and overseeing the preparation of shipping documentation.

The Job:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and other supply chain stakeholders.

Manage customer orders, including documentation and transport bookings per routing and service level requirements.

Monitor transport execution to ensure compliance with work standards and instructions.

Handle customer requests and manage supply chain incidents or disruptions.

The Talent:

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/logistics or related

1 year of experience in supply chain/freight/logistics background

Able to work on weekends when required (urgent shipments)

Good communication skills
