Position 1: Credit Card Follow-Up Officer
Promote credit cards to existing customers through face-to-face engagement
Cross-sell card benefits and value propositions
Build rapport and deliver a positive customer experience
Ensure timely completion of applications and documentation
Meet performance standards, business goals, and sales targets
Present and communicate effectively with customers
Position 2: Credit Card Support Officer
Support Follow-Up Officers with credit card application matters
Conduct call reviews and ensure turnaround time is met
Update application records accurately and promptly
Assist with day-to-day operations and backend processing
Ensure quality and compliance in application handling
Work independently and manage tasks under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and organized with good follow-up ability
Able to work independently and under pressure
Preferably with admin or banking-related experience
Comfortable with customer-facing or telemarketing activities
