Aftermarket Sales Manager is to manage accounts with existing clients in the industrial and additive manufacturing machinery sectors.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri

$6000 - $7500 Basic + AWS + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Metal Additive Manufacturing to look for Aftermarket Sales Manager to manage exisiting accounts across 3D Printing & Laser Melting related sectors.


The Job:


Drive sales performance by achieving quarterly and annual aftermarket targets, supported by a strong sales pipeline.

Promote and sell aftermarket solutions, including spare parts, service contracts, training, machine upgrades, and other value-added offerings.

Serve as the primary contact for existing customers, ensuring timely access to parts, supplies, and services for smooth operations.

Develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships to build loyalty, provide ongoing support, and maximize product effectiveness.

Collaborate with account managers, service teams, channel partners, and cross-functional colleagues across APAC to address customer needs and support internal projects.

The Talent:


Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

3-5 years aftermarket sales experience in 3D Printing Machinery, Additive Manufacturing, Laser Melting or relevant sectors
