Account Assistant / Admin Assistant role


Job Description

This permanent Account Assistant / Admin Assistant role is based in Tuas with transport provided from Joo Koon MRT. You’ll work a five-day week from 9.00am to 6.00pm and receive a competitive basic salary with performance bonuses. The position combines administrative and accounting support within the building and construction sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create quotations, simple design concepts, and work schedules
  • Coordinate projects and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Handle general office administration to support daily operations
  • Issue invoices, record payments, and manage basic billing activities
  • Verify and process petty cash claims from staff
  • Support the Head of Department with assigned duties
  • Take on other tasks delegated by management

What We’re Looking For

  • A diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area
  • Two to three years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
