* Promote, sell & retain: Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products
* Objection handling: Manage and handle customer's resistance and objections
* Meet sales targets: Achieve & exceed sales target assigned
* Leads management: Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned
* Customer Experience: Ensure great customer onboarding journey
The Talent
* Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections
* Sales-driven & result oriented mindset
* Prior Sales experience is a plus
