Duties:
Handling full Spectrum of 360 Recruitment activities not limiting to interviewing, shortlisting, identifying, extensive sourcing/searching for candidates/talents in Singapore.
Matching job seekers to relevant job openings available in the market.
Speaking to candidates to understand theirs needs and expectation.
Handling Banking and Finance Industry recruitment responsibilities.
Business development on new potential business opportunities.
Serving existing key accounts/clients on their recruitment needs.
Other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Any Course.
No work experience required.
1 to 1 mentorship provided.
Willingly to Learn Attitude, Curious, Keen to explore a career in Recruitment and the HR Industry.
