Job Description

Payroll Executive (Accounts/Human Resource) #JYS

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including CPF submissions, IRAS filings, and staff claims.


Ensure accurate computation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime payments.


Maintain up-to-date employee records, leave balances, and attendance data for payroll accuracy.


Prepare and issue employment contracts, handle onboarding, and update HR documentation.


Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related employee accommodation matters.


Coordinate staff training schedules, submit government training grants, and handle absentee payroll claims.


Support HR initiatives, staff welfare activities, and internal communications.


Liaise with external accountants on payroll-related reports and monthly financial reconciliations.


Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely completion of all payroll deliverables.


Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required.




Requirements:


Minimum Dip/Deg in Accountancy/Human Resource or other related courses with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
