Responsibilities
Marketing Support Executive - Up to $4.5k
Coordinate review of website content with respective stakeholders.
For simple updates, update website based on stakeholder comments using relevant Content Management Systems (CMS)
Provide procurement support
Ensure delivery of the website update according to agreed timelines
Provide creative development and editing/adaptation support
Support with basic creation and adaptation of communication materials (include video for social media purpose, BTLs for projects)
Scheduling of meetings
Checking of marketing artwork files
Recording and filing of digital assets
Requirements
GCE A Level's Graduate or Diploma in Marketing/Design or related field
Prior marketing related experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (ie. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Proficiency with the following applications will be an advantage: Capcut, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Sitecore CMS, HTML
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Strong project management and time management skills
