Contract Bank Operations Analyst, Corporation Actions/Asset Services #BLM
Processing and/or authorization of corporate actions events
Perform reconciliation of cash/securities entitlements for each CA event as part of the processing and/or authorization of the CA events, to investigate and rectify discrepancies in a timely manner.
Perform End of Day control checks and ensure BAU task are completed
Perform Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) checks
Ensure that exception processing is completed according to the conditions set in the approval
Perform post event reconciliation of cash/securities entitlements, to investigate and close reconciliation breaks timely.
Identify control gaps and work with team to review process efficiency and deliver improvements
Participate in projects as and when required
Job Requirements
Min. 2-3 years of banking operations experience
Experience in corporate actions will be advantageous
