Leading the execution of merger & acquisition financial advisory transactions
Assist the Head of Investment Banking in the origination, marketing and evaluation of potential deals
Requirements:
8 to 10 years of corporate finance experience
Have experience in leading IPO executions where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" or “Sponsor” in the IPO
Have M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients
