Opportunity for a Trade Operations Analyst (Global Markets) to join

The Job
Provide end-to-end trade processing support for Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, and Options across multiple Asia-Pacific markets
Validate trade details in systems like Murex or Front Arena against source documents
Authorize payments and receipts for treasury products
Perform fixing procedures and ensure timely settlements
Liaise with counterparties and internal teams to resolve trade issues
Monitor payment processes and handle unmatched or alleged trades
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks within set timelines
Respond to trade-related inquiries via email or SWIFT
Support process improvement initiatives and participate in implementation
Perform data analysis and identify opportunities for operational insights
The Talent
1-3 years of experience in trade operations or middle-office support
Familiar with derivatives, commodities, and options products
Experience with Murex or Front Arena preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Able to manage trade validations, settlements, and reconciliation issues
Good communication skills for internal and external coordination
Proactive mindset with a drive for process improvement
Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
