Rotating shift
6 months contract (Renewable based on performance)
Job description:
Assist shoppers and manage loyalty, rewards, and redemption programs
Support mall events and promotions, including weekends
Handle general admin tasks and lost & found items
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in spoken English to communicate with a diverse customer base; Chinese language skills are an advantage to support business needs
Able to commit for 6 months
Well-presented, proactive, and demonstrates a positive attitude in customer interactions
