Position: Procurement Executive
Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)

Main Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned packages, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up
Handle procurement of key equipment and systems
Collaborate with engineering, project, and logistics teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and industry standards
Requirements:
Requires a Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in EPC and construction projects
Knowledgeable in technical equipment and materials used in industrial projects
Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
