Responsibilities:
Preparation, verify & monitor all shipment documents, ensuring shipping instructions & full set of documents given out to relevant parties.
Arranging of timely payments to vendors & monitor receivables from customers
Serves as point of contract for communication with customers, vendors & shipping companies
Requirement:
At least a Diploma
At least 1 year of experience in Bulk Shipment, candidate with base metals experience has an advantage
Experience working in a Trading House
Good knowledge incoterms (CFR, FOB, CIF etc), LC, UCP 600 and URC522
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts.
