JOB DESCRIPTION

The Executive (Accounts & Admin) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting, finance, and administrative functions of the company. This role ensures accurate and timely financial information for the wholesale distribution of medical devices, skincare, and wellness products. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, supporting HSA-related cost control requirements, and assisting management with financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accounting system and manage the full set of accounts
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory records, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with GST submission and regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with external accounting and tax agents, as well as banks
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
  • Support budgeting activities, cost control measures, and variance analysis
  • Assist in logistics coordination and related documentation
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
  • Support the development and maintenance of SOPs for finance, accounting, and inventory management
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely billing and accurate delivery documentation
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • ACCA (partially or fully qualified) is an advantage
  • Good understanding of accounting standards and GST regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and well-organised
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • 5-day work week (in office)

Education:

  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
