This role supports the Boutique Manager in driving 360° boutique performance across sales, CRM, client experience, operations, team development, and boutique standards.
Adecco is partnering with esteemed luxury jewelry and watch maisons to hire an experienced Sales Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the boutique team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and overall productivity goals
Oversee clienteling excellence including CRM management, client prospecting, follow-ups, and service recovery
Support daily boutique operations such as stock management, receiving, quality checks, inventory accuracy, and compliance
Manage manpower planning, daily floor supervision, and onboarding/training of new joiners
Monitor product assortment, review stock levels, and support watch & jewelry sales opportunities, including high-ticket creations
Conduct daily briefings, monthly meetings, and assist with reporting for commercial, retail & marketing teams
Job Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of luxury retail experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role (watches or jewelry experience preferred)
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a proven track record in sales and client engagement
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
Agile, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage retail operational needs including weekends & peak periods
