As a Sales / Senior Associate you will be responsible for all sales activities in the store. Deliver quality and consistency of service, including identifying customers' needs, developing client relationships, selling, and delivering post-sale services.

The Job:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a refined luxury experience from the very first interaction.
Provide expert advice on collections, utilizing in-depth product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling.
Maximize sales opportunities through strong client engagement, upselling, and tailored service.
Foster long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and consistent follow-up.
Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment.
Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and uphold brand standards at all times.
The Talent:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, or premium hospitality.
Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets within a consultative sales setting.
Genuine passion for luxury craftsmanship, horology, and fine jewelry.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a service-oriented approach, passion, motivation for sales, and a strong aesthetic sense.
