Customer Call Centre Executive (6-12 months contract) #NKC


Handle emails and phone calls enquiries


Deliver excellent customer service, provide prompt and accurate advice


To make following up calls/emails to customers/


Other ad-hoc admin and follow-up tasks assigned, not limited to


Attend to walk-in customer at our customer service center


Work closely with various departments and other CS team members
