Sales Admin/Coordinator (6 days/East) - Up to $3,500 + AWS
Location : East – Loyang Way
Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + OT Payable + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming phone calls professionally
Attend to walk-in customers and provide basic sales support
Coordinate deliveries and liaise with drivers/customers
Attending to customer messages and inquiries promptly
Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders
Support sales activities and general administrative duties
Maintain accurate records and follow up on orders
Requirements:
Minimum or Nitec in Administrative field with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
Basic computer and invoicing knowledge
Able to multitask and work independently
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
