We are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to join the team
The Job
Take full ownership of clients' transactional needs and coordinate between clients, Transaction Services, Business Development, & coverage teams for transaction fulfilment and service performance
Advise clients on trade transactional practices & products
Support Client service managers with their MI/data related tasks
Encourage client adoption of self-serve solutions to enable proactive service
Understand clients' transactional routines, build relationships
Monitor client experience, client feedback & service quality
Support transformation projects like automations, streamlining of processes.
The Talent
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in automation using Excel.
Familiarity with banking systems and trade-related KPIs.
