Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Office Operations: Oversee daily workflows, implement procedures, order supplies, manage vendors, and maintain facilities.


Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meetings, book rooms, arrange travel, and manage calendars for teams or individuals.


Communication: Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and serve as a central point of contact between departments, clients, and employees.


Document & Data Management: Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and maintain digital and physical records.


Support & Coordination: Assist with event planning, budget tracking, project support, and problem-solving for workflow issues.
