Account Executive (Up to $3,500) #NKC
1. Sales Order Processing
a. Check and confirm all incoming Sales Contract
b. To follow up with Sales Staff if there are discrepancies.
c. Generate sales invoices to customers
2. Credit control
a. Create new customers in system
b. Send monthly statements of accounts and invoices to customers
c. Follow up on outstanding AR balances
3. Month End Closing
a. Intercompany recharges and reconciliation
b. Update Revenue File and revenue reconciliation
c. Analyze monthly sales and profit margin
d. Assist with extraction of financial data for audits and regulatory reporting
