Sales Manager | Semiconductor


Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in selling semiconductor wafer inspection and metrology systems to drive business growth across Southeast Asia markets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a successful sales track record, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with leading semiconductor foundries, IDMs, and OSATs.

The company specializes in delivering high-precision tools that enable manufacturers to monitor and improve wafer and package quality throughout the production process.

The Job


Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share for wafer AOI inspection and metrology systems.

Engage with key decision-makers at semiconductor fabs, R&D centers, and OSATs to promote sales.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical specification reviews to negotiation and deal closure.

Collaborate closely with HQ's product and customer service teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.

Deliver product presentations and clearly communicate the value proposition to customers.

Meet or exceed business plan objectives and sales targets.

Travel throughout SEA as needed to engage clients and support business development initiatives.

The Talent


Several years of experience selling semiconductor capital equipment, preferably in AOI, metrology, or defect inspection systems.

Proven success in selling high-value semiconductor capital equipment.

Established network within semiconductor foundries, IDMs, and OSATs.

Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced semiconductor environment, including flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet customer needs.

Sales-driven, creative, dynamic, and able to work independently.
