The Job
Provide sales and service assistance for banking customers
Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
Resolve sales problems by identifying and selecting solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent
Deliver quality service to customers and refer potential customers to the Acquisition Managers and Client Advisory Teams
Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service goals
The Talent
Minally 3 years of relevant experience in a bank/financial institution preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
