Position: Sales Admin (Shipping/Customer Service)
Location: Ang Mo Kio- few bus stops from AMK MRT
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3000+ Bonus+ Medical + Dental

Main Responsibilities:
Attend and handling to incoming hotlines calls
Support the sales team (Biz Development Exec/Manager) on Sales & Marketing activities
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, sales order processing and generating all relevant documents
Plan and monitor shipment schedule and liaise with freight forwarder to ensure timely delivery to the customer
Packing of shipments and preparing shipping documents and Handling of LC documents for bank submission
Work closely with sales and technical team for any clarification on specifications required by customers
Update sales forecast and prepare monthly sales reporting on pending orders at end of the month
Assist in travel/hotel bookings, Stationery and Staff Beverage and Uniforms for replenishment
Assist your peers in their absent
Requirements:
Must have Sales coordination experience
Must have good computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel) & QuickBook
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
