Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational engineering and project delivery organisation to search for a Workforce Operations Coordinator to support manpower forecasting, utilisation tracking, and cross-regional resource planning across complex projects.
The Job:
Support workforce planning and resource forecasting across proposals and active projects, partnering with project, design, commercial, HR and finance teams.
Maintain accurate manpower and utilisation data, identifying and resolving gaps related to project scope, timelines, and capacity planning.
Ensure smooth timesheet and system usage by troubleshooting issues and providing user guidance or training when needed.
Produce regular management reports and dashboards to support utilisation reviews and forward hiring decisions.
Coordinate cross-regional resource planning to enable effective deployment of talent across projects and locations.
Act as the point of contact with internal system and technical teams to support system accuracy, enhancements, and reporting needs.
The Talent:
Degree in Business, HR, Project Management or a related discipline, with 1-3 years' experience preferred in workforce planning, resource coordination, or operations support.
Exposure to HR, ERP, or business systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, reporting tools), with experience supporting manpower tracking, timesheets, or forecasting processes.
Strong data accuracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and improve workforce or utilisation reporting.
Effective communicator who works well with HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support manpower planning and operational needs.
