We are seeking a responsible and detail oriented Operations and Documentations Clerk to join our logistics team. The role involves handling inward and outward permits, ensuring daily documentation is in order, and keeping up with timely communications via email. The ideal candidate will work closely with drivers, warehouse officers and internal teams to support smooth logistical operations.

Please Note:

No work pass sponsorship is available. This role is open to Singaporeans only.

Key responsibilities:

· Handle all documentations related to inward and outward permits

. Must be able to declare inward and outward permits in the Tradenet system in compliance with customs requirement

· Ensure timely submission and accuracy of outward permits for HDT customer bookings and DTD (Door to Door) deliveries

· Verify and compile necessary documents for each shipments, including CN (Consignment Note), invoices & permits.

· Loading plan management – Prepare and update raw loading and confirmed loading plans

· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure loading plans align with customer bookings and delivery schedules

· Attach all essential and verified documents before handing them over to assigned drivers

· Ensure loading plan are signed off by drivers before departure

· Maintain proper filing and record keeping of shipments documentation

· Liaise closely with warehouse officers to ensure readiness of cargo as per loading plan

· Communicate with internal teams and customers on shipment statuses and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

. Prior experience in logistics operations or documentations is preferred

. Strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Proficient in Microsoft office  

. A team player with sense of responsibility and urgency in completing tasks

Qualification:

. Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is and added advantage
