The Opportunity
Work with Singapore Government Healthcare Agencies
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Working location: Outram Park
3 months contract
Salary: up to $20 per hour
The Talent
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Meticulous with data, numbers, and verification processes.
Experience in the healthcare or education sector is an advantage.
Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Description
Support national medical school initiatives and faculty development reviews.
Manage stakeholder enquiries and coordinate clinical training with internal and external parties.
Verify Faculty Development claims and resolve related queries.
Maintain records for audit and reporting.
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and ad-hoc events.
