Responsibilities

Manage payments, reimbursements, invoices and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist in preparing financial reports on expenses, taxes and other data for management review.

Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and accounting firms.

Provide administrative support to internal teams and oversee general office operations.

Manage and track company assets, facilities and related documentation.

Coordinate vendor-related matters, including contracts and service arrangements.

Serve as the main point of contact for engagements with government agencies.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance or administrative roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
