We are seeking a highly organised Recruitment Support Admin to join our team for a large-scale hiring project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, enjoys operational work, and is passionate about delivering a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview scheduling at scale, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams
Manage candidate data and track hiring progress across multiple roles
Support recruiters with administrative tasks including system updates, document collection, and assessment coordination
Prepare reports and ensure accuracy of recruitment records
Provide excellent service to candidates and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or high?volume operations
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems (experience with ATS is a plus)
A proactive team player with strong communication skills
