Our client is seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Officer to be the welcoming face of their office and to provide essential support for day-to-day operations.

Salary: Up to $2,500 – $2,700
Job Descriptions:
· Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
· Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area
· Schedule appointments and manage calendars
· Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
· Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning)
· Respond to emails and general inquiries
· Maintain visitor logs and issue badges or passes when required
· Process payments or invoices when applicable
· Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
Well-organised and detail-oriented
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Singaporeans & Permanent Residents only
Candidates available to start on short notice will have an added advantage
