Accounts Executive (3 Months Contract)
Location : Henderson
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000
Duration : 3 Months Contract
Industry : Cryogenic Equipment
Responsibilities:
Handle month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
Prepare schedules and documents for audit purposes
Support external auditors and respond to audit queries
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with closing exposure
Familiar with audit support and reporting processes
Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented, independent, and able to meet deadlines
Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
