Key Account Manager is to handle Plastic Injection Molding Business within Singapore Territory and report to Regional Sales Manager.

The Job:
Drive business growth through strategic customer development, building strong relationships, conducting regular sales calls, and serving as the primary contact for all customer projects.
Collaborate closely with sales support teams to develop tailored value propositions and quotations for new projects, retrofits, and system enhancements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles, opportunities, and forecasts in the ERP system, while reporting on lost orders, competitive wins, and overall sales performance.
Coordinate with customer support on system installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and service projects, while monitoring, documenting, and escalating product quality issues as required.
The Talent:
Degree in Engineering, Technical or Business
5 years of sales experience in injection molding machine, plastics, robotics, 3D printing or additive manufacturing
