Procurement Coordinator (Sales Support Exp in Log/Import & Export Doc)

Responsibilities

* Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate order consolidation

* Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and invoices are issued accurately and on time

* Prepare and arrange all export shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, shipping certificates, declarations, certificates of origin, and marine insurance

* Provide timely updates on estimated cargo departure and arrival schedules to relevant stakeholders

* Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department on delivery schedules and inventory management

* Ensure invoices from external service providers (e.g. freight forwarders) are submitted promptly to the Accounts Department for processing

* Support the handling of warranty and insurance claims

* Maintain accurate and well-organized records of sales and shipping documentation

Requirements

* Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

* Meticulous, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Relevant experience in sales support or sales coordination

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
