The Job
Oversee maintenance, reliability, and performance of critical building systems
Implement predictive maintenance, AI/ML analytics, IoT platforms, and digital twins to enhance system resilience and operational decision?making.
Lead system upgrades, end?of?life replacements, and improvement projects while collaborating with cross?functional teams and external partners.
Maintain regulatory compliance, support audits (ISO and regulatory), and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
The Talent
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Familiarity with key building mechanicals systems (such as air conditioning units, chiller plants, smoke control systems, sprinklers, gas flooding systems)
