Service Sales Executive
Location : Gul Circle
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.00AM to 5.15PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,100 + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + 14 to 21 Days Annual Leave + Car Allowance (for own vehicle)

Responsibilities:
Sell new and renewal service agreements to new and existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships to drive long-term retention and growth.
Prepare quotations and tenders; negotiate within company approval guidelines.
Maintain accurate CRM, contract, customer, and asset records.
Conduct business reviews using the online customer portal.
Coordinate contract handovers and updates with internal teams.
Support invoicing and collections with Finance and Administration.
Promote value-added services, modernization projects, and spare parts.
Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Sales, Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Sales or Engineering.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Siebel).
Exposure to industrial machinery or maintenance preferred.
