Location: Chinatown MRT
Job description:
Sell prize-related tickets and services at the counter
Handle prize claims and charity ticket transactions
Support customer onboarding and perform KYC verification
Carry out daily cash and ticket reconciliation
Maintain safety protocols and deliver quality customer service
Requirements:
Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team
Well-presented, proactive, and positive in customer interactions
Comfortable with midnight shift
