Hands-on experience in Siebel is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage for this role.

1-2 yrs of relevant experience in billing role.

Good and strong communication skills, self-motivated, analytical skills and independent.

Skilled in MS Excel, SFDC, Oracle and Siebel.

With Salesforce experience, soft skills of the system.

Job Description

Billing - Monitor and ensure that the monthly billing is complete and accurate

Analyze and perform billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts, ensuring proper authorization and documentation

Process manual invoices, credit memos, and order quotes as requested

Review invoices and conduct variance analysis, with required sign-offs

Coordinate monthly invoice runs to ensure accurate and timely customer billings

Manage customers' cases in SFDC (ECM) in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal SLAs

Assist in month-end close related tasks

Support audits and ensure compliance with SOX controls

Work closely with cross-functional teams to respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues

Resolve and track billing issues, partnering with upstream teams to address root causes (e.g., SLA credits, install date discrepancies)

Act as first-line support for approval requests and deal inquiries

Participate in UATs, projects, and ad hoc assignments as required

Implement and document processes and procedures required by SOX

Provide input into the ongoing development and support of billing systems, processes, and policies

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Assist in training and coaching where required
