The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily office operations, coordinating administrative functions, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The Administrative Coordinator serves as a central point of communication and helps maintain an organized, productive, and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative processes
Coordinate schedules, appointments and follow up
Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Act as liaison between departments, vendors, and external partners
Prepare reports, Agreement (SOP Template) and documents
Maintain records, databases, and confidential files
Assist with data entry, tracking, and compliance documentation
Assist management with special projects
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Help improve administrative processes and workflows
No experience will also be considered if process with the right attitude
Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
