Responsibilities :
Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
Reviewing and validating of vessel expenses for assigned vessels
Prepare monthly vessel reports for TM Shipmanagement and third-party owners
Perform data entry for invoices, including intercompany transactions
Maintain accurate financial records and balance sheet schedules
Verify and reconcile accounting transactions with supporting documentation
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and process supplier payments
Prepare payments for assigned currencies and adhoc payments
Review and validate staff claims
Requirements :
At least 2 years of experience in the field of accounting, preferably in maritime/ logistic industry
Understanding of Ship Management accounting with some Shipping knowledge
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
