The organisation delivers end-to-end services including freight forwarding, contract logistics, and supply chain management, supporting multinational customers across various industries. They are currently looking for a Sales Support Executive to support end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for multinational customers across various industries.
Permanent and stable opportunity
Location: Central
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary Package: up to $4500+ AWS + VB
The Job:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring proactive issue resolution, timely escalation, and strong relationship management.
Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, billing, operations, and global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI performance.
Support bidding and tender processes while providing insights to enhance revenue and improve current business models.
Participate in operational reviews, monitor KPIs, and provide troubleshooting guidance to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
Maintain and update SOPs, share best practices, and support vendor sourcing initiatives to drive cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
The Talent:
Min. 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding field
