Quantity Surveyor (Junior / Senior Positions Available)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and budgets for construction projects.

Manage tendering processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.

Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure the project stays within budget.

Conduct site measurements and valuations for interim payments and final accounts.

Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants on cost-related issues.

Assist in contract administration, including reviewing contracts and managing claims.

Requirements:

2 - 3 years of QS experience in main contractor company handling large scale buildings/infrastructure projects

Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be considered for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

Able to communicate effectively to liaise with client & sub-contractors 

At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
