Job Description

Location: Singapore

As the HR & Admin Support, you will be responsible to assist with Human Resources, Office Management, and general Operations support. Tasks will be related to HR, Customer Services, Administration and Office Management, and other business support as needed.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience in a fast growing and professional working environment. You will be involved with company operations, and work with a group of passionate, energetic, creative professionals!

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Assist the HR team to effectively manage hiring, onboarding/ offboarding, joining & exiting procedures, company activities, website, people’s benefits, files management, leave attendance tracking, insurance and other employee support/ benefits
  • Be responsible for the office management and administration matters;
  • Help build and maintain a dynamic and unique company culture;
  • Assist in HR operations and daily employee support & communication (leave, benefits, employment verification, updating employee records, employee lifecycle management)
  • Proactively help solve problems;
  • Working with other team members to increase value.

Requirements:
  • Great coordination & organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work closely with the whole team.
  • Proactiveness to solve problems.
  • Quick learner.
  • Detail and result oriented.
  • English and Mandarin proficiency are essential to communicate with regional colleagues.
