The Job
Expand EMS business across Singapore, Philippines, and Vietnam by securing transfer projects and identifying new business opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and coordinate project transfers with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, address operational challenges, and promote the company's products and solutions.
Prepare and present reports and analyses for management review.
Represent the company at trade events and seminars and lead outreach activities to enhance market presence.
Undertake additional tasks assigned to support business objectives.
The Talent
Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in the electronics industry.
Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated, with good communication skills.
Willing to travel internationally for customer visits if required.
