Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative operations
Prepare invoices receipts & payment vouchers
Assist with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Maintain proper documentation & filing
Data entry into system
Liaise with internal departments & external parties
Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Responsible, organised & detail-oriented
Prior admin/accounts experience preferred
Work Time Profile:
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
Saturday (09:00 - 15:00)
Work Location: 5 Kim Chuan Lane S'pore 537070 (Near Tai Seng MRT)
