To assist in managing correspondence with regarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges, remeasurement contracts and early settlement of disputes / claims.
Assist senior in preparation of tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations.
Support the evaluation and communication of project variations.
Assist with valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments.
Assist with contract administration and settlement of contractual disputes.
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
